• Charge Card Cancellation Fee= 10% of total amount charged. This fee applies even if you have not received your product yet. The charge card processing company charges us to takeith your money and to giveith back your money. Once we process your card, and you cancel, that's it.

• Return/Restocking fee= 15% of total amount returned, plus any shipping costs to you. You are responsible for the return shipping to us, too.

• No Return after 14 days of receipt. Now it's yours, so enjoy it.

• No Return without original receipt. No tickie, ...

• No Return without our authorization. Returns without proper ID will be refused and you will get them right back, so don't waste your time or your money.

• No Returns on wet clay or wet glaze. We are very picky about the integrity of our wet goods and want to make sure that that they stay that way.
